We have customised 2 new Teambuilding programmes where we combine our Building Teams Through Rhythm with Learning Sessions. We call this approach the “KILL 2 BIRDS WITH 1 STONE” APPROACH. By this, our clients can have both Teambuilding and Learning modules done all within 2 days, and thus save costs and mandays away from work. Traditionally, and perhaps even still practised in many companies, Teambuilding programmes are conducted separately and Learning Programmes separately. However, we feel that 2009/2010 is a year of cost cutting for many companies and thus we believe our approach will make more sense.
