
At CCC, we believe in RECOGNITION. This is the only way we can boost and enhance service delivery. Service staff need to be motivated and appreciated for doing a good job. Sad to say, this seldom happens. Instead, service staff always get banged on the head and punished for negative incidents and blamed for every customer complaints. No wonder the top performers resign and the bad ones still remain, bringing doom to your business!
Here in this section is where CCC honours rare individuals who run the extra mile to deliver WOW! service to customers. Whenever we come across service professionals who "shine" in the darkness of deplorable customer service, which is so prevalent today, we will make them our CELEBRITY for the month. We will send a letter to their boss complimenting him/her for having such a superb staff, and we will also enclose a Service HERO Certificate for the company to present to our Service Hero of the Month on our behalf. This is how we can promote the importance of customer service in Malaysia and motivating frontline service staff to carry on the good work no matter what.
