I did my Certified Customer Service Trainer (CCST) programme in November 2007, and Dr. Allen Teh was one of the most excellent trainer I have ever came across. He has  vast hands-on experience in customer service and I have gained extra knowledge and ideas in handling customers which helped me a lot since I come from the hospitality industry background as well as conducting the training for my organization.
